Is typical of Halloween to give candies to children who knock at your door or put them in your own party, so today we'll prepare a super delicious and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 Egg whites.
- 150gr of icing sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
Elaboration:
The first step to make those bones will be whip the egg whites with the salt and sugar. Whip them at high speed for 10-15 min, to get our meringue.
Then put the meringue into a pastry bag and on a baking paper that we have previously put in a tray, we will make the shape of the bones or the way we want, such as hands, faces, etc. Once we have it, put it in the oven for about 1 hour at 100 ° C (212 ° F). Once past the hour, they will be ready to give to children or put them in our scary Halloween party.

Serradura (Special Halloween "Heaven")
This recipe I publish below is one of my favorites. I remember when I used to go to the countryside to spend the weekend & there my aunt Maria prepared us this sweet and delicious dessert. The Serradura is a typical Portuguese dessert & because of its taste and texture will transport you to a moment of pleasure that you are going to believe you are in heaven.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Cookies.
- 500ml of Cream.
- 390gr of Condensed Milk.
Elaboration:
This recipe is super simple and quick to make, so the first step is crushed cookies in a blender or grinder and reserve. Then we whip the cream and once done, add to this the condensed milk and mix with outflanking movements (circular) not to lower the whipped cream.
Once you have everything is time to create our dessert in small glasses. We'll start by putting a layer of biscuit and then another layer with the mixture of cream and condensed milk, let cool about 10 minutes in the refrigerator. After those 10 minutes, decorate with the curshed biscuit and that's all!.
I hope you liked this recipe, do not forget you can follow me on social networks and especially don't forget to share this recipe with family and friends to sweeten their day.

Oreo Cake Pops
After a good summer break, it's time again to share with you new and wonderful recipes to sweeten your life a little more.
Ingredients:
- 300gr of Oreo Cookies.
- 100gr of Nutella or Cacao Cream.
- Milk Chocolate.
- White Chocolate.
- Lollipop Sticks.
Elaboration:
The first step is to grind the cookies. Once we have them, we add the cacao cream and mix all well. With the resulting "dough" we will make balls with the size we want (preferably not too large) and put them on a plate or tray.
Then we melt the two types of chocolate, each separately. When we have the melted chocolate, dip the tip of the sticks and nailed a little on the balls, we will let the chocolate solidifies inside the ball.
After that, it will be the perfect time to bathe our oreo balls in the chocolate we want (to help us to bathe them, use the sticks that we have nailed), and finally decorate your cake pops with another type of chocolate or some colorful toppings.

Donuts (English)
Today we'll prepare a super delicious and amazing recipe. These aren't traditional donuts you can buy in any supermarket, these donuts are those you see in a pastry shop with a super nice decoration and you stay looking at them for hours and thinking, I need to buy one of those and taste it.
Ingredients:
- 400g of Flour.
- 250ml of Milk.
- 1 Egg.
- 25gr. of Fresh Yeast
- 70g of Sugar.
- 50g of Butter.
- Orange zest.
Elaboration:
First boil the milk & orange zest in a cacerole, once boil, remove the orange zest and let temper the milk. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the flour and sugar. Once mixed, add the egg and re-mix. Now dilute the yeast on the milk & then add it to the flour and mix well. Finally add the butter and mix until have a dougth, then we will make a ball with the dough and let stand for 40 minutes.
Once rested, we stretch out the dough until it's 1 cm thick and then cut the shape of donuts with a glass for example, and somewhat smaller for the hole inside. Put the donuts on baking paper and let it stand for 1 hour. Then we cut the paper on which were the donuts and fry the donuts with the paper under, with this way will not stick to the bottom of the pan and will not burn. Fry all the donuts on both sides and put them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
There are thousands of ways to decorate, but I will show you two concrete ways. The first way will be strain the amount of jam you want (eg I slipped 2 tablespoons), we will strain the jam to remove any lumps, mix the jam with 100 grams of icing sugar, and you will get that mixture. Then add water, the amount depends on you, always depending on if you want a more or less liquid glaze. Once we have this, dip the donut on one or both sides and we can decorate them with some toppings.
The other way to decorate the donut is the same as before, all that happens is that in this case we will take 100 grams of the chocolate that we like and mix it with 100 grams of icing sugar. To that mixture add as before the amount of water we want and then dip the donut.
I hope you liked this recipe, don't forget to follow me on social networks & share this recipe with your family and friends.

Now that we have the dough, stretch it, leave a thickness of about 0.5 cm and then cut off the shapes for the cookies, cut two of each type. Finally we put the dried fruit as a nail and put in the oven to 180 degrees until golden.
After that let it cool and decorate with a little of syrup or jam like blood.

Orange Mini Tartlets
Some time ago I tried this typical Portuguese dessert, I enjoyed it and needed to try something similar again. After much research, finally I have the recipe and now I'm going to share this with you, so you can see how good they are.
Ingredients for the Tartlets:
- 125ml of Cream.
- 1 Spoon of Sugar.
- Cinnamon.
- 1 Egg.
- Orange Zest.
- Half of a plaque of Puff pastry.
Ingredients for the caramel:
- Orange juice.
- Sugar.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
First we put cinnamon on our puff pastry and extend it with the hand. Now roll up the dough and cut it in half, these two halves cut it again, this time in 3. Now we take the dough pieces, put them standing and crushed. In a baking cupcakes or tarts mold, we put each of the dough pieces and extends the dough to make the shape of tartlet. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes (be careful, if it starts to brown before 8 minutes, remove from the oven).
While the other is in the oven, prepare the filling. In a bowl mix the cream, sugar, egg and orange zest. Once we have and the tarts are out of the oven, we take our hot tarts and crush carefully inside to make more space. Then we fill the tarts with the filling and put them back in the oven at 180 degrees until the filling is puffed like a cake.
Once ready, let cool and prepare the caramel in a saucepan with sugar and orange juice. When the caramel is ready, we decorate our tarts and ready to enjoy.
I hope you liked the recipe and do not forget to share with family and friends.

Tangerine Biscuits
I've noticed that on my blog I have not posted any cookies recipe, and I have a lot of cookies recipes, but hey today is the day, we are going to do some tangerine biscuits.
Ingredients:
- 200g of flour.
- 75ml of olive oil.
- 125r of Sugar.
- 1 egg.
- Juice of 1 or 2 large tangerines.
- 1 teaspoon of yeast.
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
We started mixing the oil, sugar and egg. Once mixed add the tangerine juice and mix again. Then add the flour to the mixture and put the teaspoon of yeast, mix. We put baking paper on our tray and then put small amounts of cookie dough (the mass of these cookies is a bit liquid so do not panic if you don't see a hard mass) now we are going to put our cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until we see it's browned.
After that time, remove from the oven and let it cool. If you want you can add to the cookie dough some dried fruits.
I hope you liked this recipe and do not forget to share with family and friends, see you next week with a new recipe.
