Huesitos Cake

Today we have a recipe that will surprise you & you'll think that this is a lie, but no, this recipe is as real as what you are reading right now. But first I will explain to you what is a "Huesitos", a huesitos is a type of snack that we have here in Spain & that is compose by wafers and a delicious chocolate.

Ingredients:

- Wafers (like wafers you can see on cookies).
- Nutella or other cocoa cream.

Elaboration:

To make this cake, first you have to put one of the wafers on a plate, then you will extend some of the cocoa crean on the wafer and then put above another wafer. We repeat adding cocoa cream and a wafer and you will put as many layers as you want, I have used a total of 18 to 22 wafers.

Once we have all the layers, extend cocoa cream on the last wafer we put and then we're also going to cover the sides with cocoa cream to get our cake. To decorate the cake, we'll put some chopped almonds on top.
