White Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis

2016 is ending, so the best way to receive the new year is with the following recipe that I detail below that is also super simple, sweet and light.

Ingredients for the Mousse:

- 180gr of White Chocolate.
- 200ml of Cream.
- 50ml of Milk
- 2 Egg Whites.

Ingredients for the Coulis:

- 120gr of Raspberries.
- 60gr of Sugar.
- 60ml of Water.

Elaboration:

First melt the chocolate with the milk in a pan over medium-low heat, at the same time whip the cream and the egg whites. Once melted the chocolate, let cool. Once it is cold, mix it with the cream with enveloping movements, next add the egg whites mounted to point of snow and mix it with enveloping movements again. Distributed the result in different glasses and let it cool for a few hours in the refrigerator.

To make the Coulis, put all the ingredients in a pot on the fire and when it boils leave it for 10 minutes. Once done, let it cool and then will use it to decorate the mousse at the same time we will serve it.

Meringue Bones (Special Halloween "Inferno")

Is typical of Halloween to give candies to children who knock at your door or put them in your own party, so today we'll prepare a super delicious and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

- 3 Egg whites.
- 150gr of icing sugar.
- A pinch of salt.

Elaboration:

The first step to make those bones will be whip the egg whites with the salt and sugar. Whip them at high speed for 10-15 min, to get our meringue.

Then put the meringue into a pastry bag and on a baking paper that we have previously put in a tray, we will make the shape of the bones or the way we want, such as hands, faces, etc. Once we have it, put it in the oven for about 1 hour at 100 ° C (212 ° F). Once past the hour, they will be ready to give to children or put them in our scary Halloween party.
