Candies

This is the simplest sweet recipe you've seen in your life, I promise. You'll succeed preparing these simple candies for that moment you want something sweet but don't want to spend a lot of money or just if there is no place to buy any.



Ingredients:

- A envelope for prepare gelatin (flavor you want).
- Sugar.

Elaboration:

We started preparing the gelatin as indicate the instructions. Once done deal in ice buckets with different forms or in a rectangular pan, let cool overnight in the refrigerator.

After the night, unmold the gelatin (in the case you choose the rectangular pan, unmold and cut into cubes) once we have the gelatin coat with sugar and voila!, we will have our delicious candies.

Puff Pastry & Strawberry Fingers (Special Halloween)

Halloween is already here so I propose you to do these fingers and you will surprise anyone who comes to your house to ask for candies.



Ingredients:

- 1 puff pastry.
- Strawberry Jam or Syrup.
- Icing Sugar (optional).
- Dried fruits (like almonds, to do the nails).

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the dough in 2 halves and if we want, we can sprinkle icing sugar on top. Cut one half into strips  of about 2.5 cm wide. Cut each strip in 3 and put a little of strawberry syrup. Now cut the other dough into strips and do the same that with the first dough, but without putting syrup. Now put the dough without syrup on one with syrup and press the edges to close it, then do the shape of the finger.  Finally we put the dried fruit as a nail and put in the oven to 180 degrees until golden.

After that let it cool and decorate with a little of syrup or jam like blood.

Strawberry Ice cream

it's summer so we need a very sweet and refreshing recipe, so we are going to prepare ice cream.



Ingredientes:

- 600ml of Cream.
- 250gr os Condensed milk.
- 250gr of Strawberry syrup.

Preparation:

First we whip the cream, which should be cold. Then we incorporate the condensed milk and mix carefully. Finally we add the syrup and mix again with carefully.

Once everything is mixed, put it in a pileup of plastic or glass with a lid and put in the freezer, We take it out to remove it a bit every half hour, about 6 times (we remove that to not create ice layers in the ice cream).

Cheesecake cups

A cheesecake is quite delicious, but how would you like to enjoy it individually without having to distribute it to anyone else? Today we will learn to make a express cheesecake and will put in cups for everyone to enjoy their own.



Ingredients:

- 30gr of Butter.
- Crused cookies.
- 80gr of Sugar (optional).
- 200ml of Cream.
- 200gr of Cheese spread.
- Strawberry jam.

Preparation:

First melt the butter and mix it with the cookies, after that distribute the cookies in cups. Now whip the cream (if you use sugar mix it with the cream you are going to whip), add the cheese to the cream and mix carefully.

When all is well mixed, distribute in cups and decorate with the strawberry jam.

Yogurt & Strawberry Cups

Today we have another easy express recipe!


Ingredients:

- 150gr of Natural yogurt.
- Strawberry jam.
- Crushed cookies.

Preparation:

First mix the yogurt with 1 or 2 tablespoons of jam, after that put a base of cookies on a glass. Now add the yogurt with the jam in the glass, we can decorate with a little more of strawberry jam. Leave it in the refrigerator until serving time.

Strawberries Smoothie

A perfect recipe for our days. Something delicious with a light texture.

Ingredients:

- 325gr of strawberries.
- 100gr of brown sugar.
- 500ml of milk.
- 3 or 4 ice cubes.

Preparation:

First wash the strawberries and after that cut the green stalk, now cut the strawberries into 4 pieces.

After that, put all the ingredients in the mixer, and mix them for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the smoothie will be perfect to enjoy.

Chocolate Bonbons (Special valentines)

Today we have a beautiful recipe for valentines.


Ingredients:

- 300gr of Milk chocolate.
- 300gr of White chocolate.
- 120ml of cream.
- 3 or 4 Strawberries
- Cookies and almonds (optional)

Preparation:

First we melt the milk chocolate in the microwave for 3 minutes. While the chocolate is melted, wash strawberries and cut on 2 halves vertically. When the chocolate is melted, dip the strawberries and put them in a baking paper to let them cool and to be forming a layer of chocolate, with chocolate, we can also fill out some silicone molds which are used to make ice. We take the mold and we turn on a plate, remove excess chocolate for have a thinner layer,  put in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

While the mold is in the fridge, prepare the filling, for it boil the cream in the fire. Once boiling cream, remove from heat and cast into the bowl where we have white chocolate, mix the chocolate with the cream. We can divide the filling into two bowls to put in one the filling with cookies and in the other with almonds, and we will have 2 different fillings for chocolates. After 15 to 20 minutes, we get the mold from the refrigerator and wenow can put the filling into each hole of the mold, but without filling it full. After putting the filling, we again leave it in the fridge, but now for an hour or an hour and a half.

After passing the time, we get the mold and we put the milk chocolate layer is needed to cover the chocolate bonbons, we can help of a knife to spread it. We leave it again in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours to finish jell well. After that time, we can unmold and put them in a transparent bag with a card to be given to our dearest person.

Cheesecake

Today we have a recipe that It's prefect for Saint Valentines.



Ingredientes:

- 500gr of cream cheese.
- 400ml of cream.
- 4 sheets of neutral gelatin.
- 90gr of sugar.
- Strawberry jam.
- 1 cookies package.
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter.

Elaboration:

First we have to grind the cookies an heat the butter in the microwave. Now mix the cookies with the butter in a mold and after that crush the cookies on the mold. Leave this on the fridge.
Put the sheets of gelatin in water for hydrate. After this, put a casserole on the heat and add the cream and the sugar, we have to dilute the sugar. When the sugar is diluted, add the sheets of gelatin and disolve it. Now put the cheese and mix it, when all is well mixed, remove the casserole from the heat.

Now we can use our mold, put a wooden spoon or a normal spoon on the cookies and pour the liquid over the spoon ( this is very important for the cookie won't rise). Leave the mold on the fidge again for 2 or 3 hours.

After 2 or 3 hours we have our cheesecake and we can put the jam on the cake or make a shape with the jam, like you can see on the photo of this recipe. This is perfect for valentines.
