White Chocolate Truffles

We started the holiday season with a super easy recipe, but has a flavor that is crazy. The taste of these truffles reminds me of kinder chocolate and the truth is that with few ingredients you will have a really interesting taste.

Ingredients:

- 250gr of White Chocolate.
- 70 ml of Cream.
- Ground almonds.

Preparation:

First melt the chocolate bain-marie or in the microwave, then boil the cream in the fire. Once the cream boils and the chocolate is melted, put all together in a bowl and mix well. Then pour the mixture into a rectangular mold lined with plastic wrap, put a little more of paper on top of the mixture and let cool approx. 1h (we can leave to cool to room temperature or in the refrigerator, but always in a cold place).

Once cold, now we're going to do balls, the size of the balls depends on you, then top the balls with ground almond.

I hope you enjoyed this recipe and do not forget to share with family and friends.

Puff pastry christmas tree

Hi every body and welcome again! Today we are going to make a very funny and sweet christmas tree!!

Ingredients:

- 2 plaques of puff pastry.
- Chocolate cream.
- An egg.

Preparation:

(Preheat the oven to 200 degrees)
First we’re going to use one of the plaques of puff pastry, put it on baking paper and now we put chocolate cream in the pastry (the quantity of chocolate cream, depends on the person).
When we have it, we have to put the other plaque above the other that has the chocolate cream. Now we have to make the shape of the christmas tree and then, we make horizontal cuts except in the trunk of the tree (must leave the central trunk, the cut will not be complete from left to the right).

After making the cuts, you have to wrap each piece that is cut to make the shape of the christmas tree and then paint the tree with the egg. When we have it, it’s time to put this on the baking tray and then put in the oven at 200 degrees until it’s gold.

It’s perfect for eating hot or if you prefer you can let it cool.
