Chocolate & Toffee Delight

Today we have an incredible, delicious and easy recipe!

Ingredients:

- 400gr of black chocolate.
- 70ml of water.
- 150g of brown sugar.
- 100ml of cream.
- 50g of butter.

Preparation:

We start making the toffee, put the sugar and water into the fire to make a syrup (about 10 minutes boiling to make something like caramel custard). Then we incorporate the butter, melt and add the cream, cook over low heat - medium for about 20 minutes (until have consistency).

Once the toffee it's ok, retire from the fire and let temper. Now melt the chocolate in microwave or bain-marie. Then, put a little of chocolate in capsules (I use capsules to make muffins) and make the base, reserve in the fridge to cool. Once we see that the chocolate is cool, we put some of toffee in the center of the capsule and cover with chocolate (no need to cover the entire capsule, just a little to cover the toffee).

We put the capsules again on the refrigerator and let cool, once it's cool, it's ready to eat it.
I hope you liked the recipe and don't forget to share with friends.
